These terms govern the text-message program operated by ASCENDING, LLC. By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to these terms.

ASCENDING, LLC (“ASCENDING,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an optional text-message program for individuals who join the ASCENDING waitlist at nowascend.ing and choose to receive text messages.
The program sends messages about waitlist status, service launch notifications, and ride availability in the Phoenix East Valley municipalities of Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and Tempe.
This is not a marketing program for third-party products. ASCENDING does not send text messages on behalf of any other company, and does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

You are enrolled in this program only if you affirmatively check the optional SMS consent box on the ASCENDING waitlist form and submit your mobile number. The box is not pre-checked, and leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from joining the waitlist by email.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of joining the ASCENDING waitlist, of receiving any service, or of any purchase.
You represent that the mobile number you provide is your own, or that you are authorized to consent on behalf of the subscriber of that number.
Message frequency varies. ASCENDING is a pre-launch operator and sends messages only when there is something material to report — a change in waitlist status, confirmation of launch timing, or the opening of ride availability in your area. You should not expect a regular schedule of messages.
ASCENDING does not send more than four (4) messages per month under this program.
Message and data rates may apply. ASCENDING does not charge for participation in this program, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.
You may cancel text messages from ASCENDING at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your request, after which ASCENDING will send no further text messages to that number under this program.
Opting out of text messages does not remove you from the ASCENDING waitlist and does not affect email communications. To be removed from the waitlist entirely, or to have your information deleted, contact us at flight@nowascend.ing.
If you wish to rejoin the program after opting out, you may do so by submitting the waitlist form again with the SMS consent box checked.
Reply HELP to any message from ASCENDING to receive a response containing program information and our contact details.

This program is available on most major United States wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change, and ASCENDING does not guarantee that messages will be delivered on any particular carrier or network.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on network conditions, device settings, and carrier systems outside of ASCENDING’s control. ASCENDING is not responsible for any delay, failure, or error in the transmission or delivery of any message.
This program is offered only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who are located in the United States. ASCENDING does not knowingly enroll any person under the age of eighteen. If you believe a minor has been enrolled, contact us at flight@nowascend.ing and we will remove the number.
You agree to notify ASCENDING if you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided. If a number you provided is reassigned to another person, that person may receive messages intended for you until we are notified. Notify us at flight@nowascend.ing so that we can update or remove the number.
Mobile numbers collected through the ASCENDING waitlist are used solely to send the messages described in these terms. ASCENDING does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile numbers may be processed by service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, under agreements limiting their use of the information to providing that service.

ASCENDING may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Material changes affecting how we use your mobile number will be communicated before they take effect where required by applicable law. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
